Yes. Attaching inspirational and color scheme photos we can create a custom and unique cake to fulfill your requests.

At this time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept custom cake orders for specific dietary needs. We understand how important these options can be, and please know that we are actively working towards making this a possibility in the near future.

We appreciate receiving at least two weeks’ notice for consultations and to ensure we can order any necessary supplies for your cake order; however, this notice is not mandatory.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order placement. This deposit secures your order and allows us to schedule the necessary resources and materials.  By making this deposit, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

A photo of the final product may be sent either the night before or the morning of your scheduled pick-up.

  • To ensure clarity and manage expectations, we have established the following cancellation policy.
  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date will result in losing the option to transfer the deposit to a future cake as we will have already begun preparation for your cake.
  • If you need to reschedule your order instead of canceling, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new day, and your deposit will remain valid for the rescheduled order.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you offer delivery services?

Delivery is available for flat rate of $15 when within 10miles of pickup location

Pickup is the default arrangement unless requested otherwise. Pick up location is in West Palm Beach, FL and is shared upon making deposit.

Deliveries exceeding 10 miles from the pickup address are subject to a personalized pricing assessment. Please inquire for a tailored quote.

We accept payments via Zelle and Cash App.

Quotes are generated based on the specifications of size, ingredients, and any customizations requested.

Additional fees may apply for customizations involving edible images, stacked designs, and fondant or modeling chocolate figures.

Yes, we offer the capability to create customized products for corporate events and large gatherings. Additionally, we can provide an invoice and receipt for tax documentation purposes.
