Cancellation & Refund Policy will apply to any event for any reason (including the contraction of Covid-19). For orders, a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of 50% is required to save the date. Should cancellation of a custom order be made prior to 7 days of your event date, a 50% refund will be issued if the order was paid in full. If only the 50% deposit was received, the deposit may be used towards a future order. However, should you cancel your custom order within 7 days of your event the deposit will not be transferable. If you wish to make any changes to your order, they must be made 7 days prior to your event date. Some changes may not be possible as we get closer to your event date. Any exceptions made are at the discretion of Novel Treats.
